The Institute for Development and Security Policy NGO in Sweden will be holding a webinar on the the Tohoku Earthquake and Tsunami disaster on March 5, Friday at 5:00 pm Japan Standard Time. This coming March 11, 2021 will be the 10th year anniversary of the unimaginable disaster that 20,000 people lost their lives. There will be four panel speakers and I will be one of them.
